Gyrobot-12inch FAB Automated Unmanned Factory Intelligent Handling Project.
Since 2022, SP Taiwan has actively invested in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for intelligent manufacturing lines in semiconductor packaging. The company has introduced 15 AMRs exclusively provided by Gyro Technology, who have deep expertise in the semiconductor industry and offer mature products and advanced technologies. By leveraging the advantages of AMRs, such as flexibility in field, route, and travel range, customers have transformed their old production lines into lights-out factories, accumulating over hundreds of thousands of hours of successful operation. The Gyrobot has been widely applied in SP's precision workshops, as well as in chip packaging and testing for consumer electronics and artificial intelligence. It has achieved significant results in reducing hundreds of tons of material handling, improving efficiency, and reducing the risks associated with manual handling.
Project Innovation
●Mature System: Gyro Technology has independently developed software systems that integrate with MES, including RTD (Real Time Dispatch) and MCS (TSC, Stocker C, Erack C) for AMHS modules.
● High Flexibility: It can work in narrow passages or at heights that are difficult for manual control.
● Strong Compatibility: Gyrobot can collaborate and interface with overhead cranes, electronic shelves, wafer fabs, and other equipment.
● Safety and Stability: The robots are capable of completing tasks quickly, accurately, efficiently, and reliably, ensuring high quality and quantity.
● 24/7 Battery Life: The enhanced and optimized version of the Gyrobot's battery swapping/charging station (compliant with Semi standards, equipped with fire and explosion protection devices).
