Zip Stocker

The Zip Stocker is Gyro’s newest storage solution, serving as a critical addition to our product lineup. It holds significant importance for enabling automation and efficient management in semiconductor factories. 

The Zip Stocker supports multiple storage functions and can accommodate various carriers, including 8-inch Smif Pods, 12-inch FOUPs, and 8-inch/12-inch Metal Cassettes. Despite its compact footprint, it offers high storage capacity.

Operators can load wafer boxes into the Zip Stocker, after which Gyro robots perform loading and unloading operations. The robot retrieves the FOUP from the Zip Stocker and precisely places it onto production equipment. This process demonstrates how automation technology enhances production efficiency and operational safety.
